吕军，1967年生，现年58岁，2025年2月从中粮集团董事长调任大唐集团董事长，这是平调。中粮董事长和大唐董事长都是副部级。吕军是二十届中央候补委员，级别也不算低，现在有6个省长也就是中央候补委员。吕军的仕途轨迹清晰可见，尤其是在中粮集团的上升期，恰逢刘福春担任总裁的2000-2007年。
吕军1993年加入中粮，2003年36岁就当上总裁助理兼中粮期货总经理，2006年兼任中国粮油有限公司油脂部总经理，2010年43岁升任副总裁、党组成员。这段时间正是刘福春掌舵中粮的巅峰期，刘福春把中粮从传统粮油贸易公司打造成国际化食品巨头，吕军的快速晋升显然离不开刘福春的赏识和提携。

那么刘福春是谁？刘福春，1946年生，天津武清区人，2000-2007年中粮总裁，副部级官员，外贸系统出身。1978年中粮引入可口可乐时，时任外贸部长李强和副总理姚依林是关键推手，李强传递建议给姚依林，姚依林批示“可行”，促成了这笔交易。也就是说，刘福春正是把可口可乐，这个肥宅快乐水，引入中国的重要执行者。
刘福春早年在中粮油脂处崭露头角，后在伦敦鹏利公司当过总经理，1991年升任中粮副总，2000年接掌总裁，明显是外贸系统老领导的嫡系，很大可能是李强和姚依林的“马仔”。吕军在刘福春手下扶摇直上，自然也被贴上了姚依林这条线的标签。
这事就复杂了。姚依林是中共十三届政治局常委，他的女婿王岐山，曾经是中纪委书记。2012-2017年，王岐山任中纪委书记，为了保护习包子三连任，以反腐败的名义把中纪委武器化，进行政治斗争。

孙政才，1963年生，十八大时49岁入政治局，是江泽民指定的接班人，2017年被王岐山拿下，以受贿罪判了无期。孙政才的倒台不仅断了江泽民的接班人了，也让胡锦涛派系的胡春华无法上位。可谓一石二鸟，同样也把王岐山的路全部堵死。
习近平和王岐山联手清洗江胡两大派。
如果吕军被抓，可能是江泽民的政治遗嘱，要求抓捕王岐山，不然江泽民死不瞑目。而江绵恒最近亮相新闻联播，显示江派已经东山再起。

这种利益输送如果被翻出来，吴官正很难脱身。进行这一交易，进行利益输送的正是当时中粮总裁刘福春，而吕军是刘福春的马仔。
韩正，政治局常委，和中粮也有交集。2016年2月16日，中粮董事长赵双连拜会上海市委书记韩正，双方商讨深化合作，韩正对中粮在上海的项目，比如上海大悦城高度评价，赵双连则承诺“十三五”期间加大在沪投资。韩正现在的大秘林龙斌，也参加了会见。
