大家好，中纪委开工了。过春节之前被抓的官员很少，只有烟草专卖局的副局长张天峰，这是吴官正，李干杰，习近平的背景的官员。西藏主席齐扎拉，齐扎拉是令狐安，金人庆，朱镕基，习近平背景的官员。昆明市长刘佳晨压根就不是中管干部。只不过刘佳晨身份比较特殊而已，刘佳晨曾经担任彭丽媛的大秘，刘佳晨一开始是孙春兰提拔的。在云南应该是阮成发，和王予波提拔的。等于中纪委在春节之前只抓了两个官员。
周喜安得到了人道主义待遇。当然了是不是过完春节才抓的，不知道，但是，是刚刚公布。我们就假设让周喜安过了最后一个年。不过，按照习近平的说法，只要不出正月，都是过年了。那么周喜安这个年也没有过完。既然是蛇年第一个被抓的官员，我们肯定要关注一下，看看有没有风向标的意义。 周喜安只是一个副省长，退居二线之后只是一个政协副主席。在权力斗争的修罗场，不过是一个小马仔。应该没有什么份量。
我们先看一下，安徽官场的整体态势，要抓，要弄死谁。周喜安只是一个安徽副省长，现在的政协副主席，任上被抓。最近安徽官场换了不少人，抓了不少人，闹这么大动静，都抓到副省长头上了，那必定是，华山论剑，那必定是一把手和二把手，在华山论剑呢。也就是安徽省委书记梁言顺，和安徽省长王清宪，正在进行激烈的政治斗争。梁言顺和王清宪都是正部级，他们两个人不会吃饱了撑的，在安徽斗，必定是代理人之争。都已经正部级了，中国一共只有300个正部级。虽然总理和人大委员长是也可以提拔正部级。
总理和人大委员长都可以简化了。就是总书记的代理人之争。梁言顺和王清宪必须倒下一个。倒下一个就可以开四中全会了。就是每个省都要斗争到和安徽一样。一把手和二把手，省委书记和省长如果不是一个派系的。那么就要倒下去一个，就可以开四中全会了。最近安徽官场动静也挺大的，吴存荣抓了，张红文也抓了。
我们把安徽官场最近的动静，整理出来，放在一起看，就明白，就上帝视角了。这点事情全看明白了。这三把手，安徽省委副书记虞爱华，都被赶到二线去了，去安徽政协当副主席了。虞爱华刚刚59岁，今年2025年9月才满60岁，省委副书记不是60岁退休而是63岁退休。也就是说虞爱华提前3年多，将近四年。提前四年退休。而且是安徽政协副主席。一个地级市的市委书记退休给个政协副主席。那是提拔了。一个省委副书记，给个政协主席那也是提拔了。政协主席虽然权力不大，但是级别高，正经的正部级。如果给虞爱华一个安徽政协主席，那他肯定高兴。省委副书记不一定就能上省长。现在给虞爱华一个政协副主席。跟地级市市委书记高配一个待遇。那肯定是贬黜。
提前4年退休给这么低的职位。当然了事情都要两头看，没抓就不错了。2025年1月，副书记虞爱华，59岁提前4年退休，三把手被干趴下了。虞爱华还有一个身份就是安徽省政法委书记，这个身份要放到中国31个省政法委书记争夺战中去考虑，其实也不是争夺战，就是清扫战场而已。谁接替虞爱华政法委书记的位置，还没有公布，但是肯定是胡锦涛的人。
所以我回复一下这名网友，他说，江西省委书记尹弘进入离任审计，不久将担任公安部党委书记。包包怎么看？我的回复是，王小洪要下了这是肯定的。但是上来的公安部长，或者说先担任公安部党委书记，然后再接替部长。这个人必须是胡锦涛的人。习近平的人是不可能的。江泽民的人都不太可能。
这个事情要放在这个大的背景下去思考，首先是武警代理司令曹均章，代理不代理我不知道，但是传言是这么传的，曹均章的确是现任的武警副司令。
2008年5月13日上午10时，43岁曹均章的职务是陆军第十三集团军149师（所谓“铁拳师”）副师长。当时的师长是饶开勋。“铁拳师”接到军长许勇命令后，迅速调集5艘冲锋舟，抽调工兵营30多名官兵紧急奔赴紫坪铺水库。下午16时，抵达紫坪铺水库，天气突变，下起了瓢泼大雨。200多米坝高，60多度陡坡，山体还在垮塌，官兵们不得不用肩膀将重量达1000多斤冲锋舟扛到临时码头，开辟通往汶川的水上生命线，运送13集团军的许勇将军、阿坝州委书记和小分队，第一时间进入震中映秀报告灾情，营救被困孤岛的受伤群众。当年的阿坝州委书记是侍俊，不知道是哪个派系的，现在退休了吧。
胡锦涛要大开杀戒
饶开勋2017年晋升为中国人民解放军中将。2019年7月，饶开勋被被习近平责令辞去第十三届全国人民代表大会代表职务，降为副军级。31个省的省政法委书记，前面比较重要的省15个中现在11个是胡锦涛的人，只有广东省委政法委书记袁古洁是江泽民的人。
我们今天说的安徽省政法委书记虞爱华，提前4年退休。继任者还没有安排。九门提督，北京市公安局局长秦运彪是胡锦涛的人，这是邓小平的孙子，邓卓棣背书的。刀把子全都在胡锦涛手里，不是胡锦涛的人，不会接任公安部长的。胡锦涛要大开杀戒。
单向前肯定是沈跃跃的马仔
我们把安徽省委秘书长单向前说一下，2002年8月 – 2003年5月，30岁的单向前任人民日报社国内政治部党的生活组副组长（其间：2002年9月 – 2003年5月，借调在中组部干部一局人才综合处帮助工作）。张研农1996年进入人民日报社，任理论部主任，1998年后任副总编辑，分管过理论部、评论部、国内政治部和总编室的工作。2003年2月升任总编辑。
大家看张研农分管国内政治部。张研农是邓小平打桥牌的牌友后来单向前去中组部，有人说，单向前是沈跃跃的秘书。是不是秘书我不知道。但是单向前肯定是沈跃跃的马仔，一个派系的。
为什么，因为2011年10月 – 2012年7月，39岁的单向前任中央组织部组织二局（基层办）副巡视员，安徽省芜湖市委常委，市人民政府副市长、党组成员（挂职）。 期间的芜湖市委书记是高登榜（2011年12月 – 2015年11月）。这个安徽省芜湖市委书记高登榜曾经是沈跃跃的下属。
1998年12月 – 2002年12月，37岁的高登榜任共青团安徽省委书记、党组书记。期间，2001年6月至2002年11月，沈跃跃任安徽省副书记。这也太巧了。
单向前在中组部是沈跃跃的下属，挂职到安徽就是沈跃跃前下属高登榜的下属。
这也太明显了。所以，我们在这里确认，张研农，沈跃跃，高登榜，单向前都是胡锦涛派系的。确认了单向前的身份之后，再往下研究就好说了。2024年6月28日，梁言顺从宁夏转任安徽省委书记。这个日期很重要，一般说到月份就可以了，这个梁言顺必须说到日子。
梁言顺在中央党校和胡锦涛有10年的交集，和习近平有3年的交集。一般的说，梁言顺就是胡锦涛的人，因为梁言顺和胡锦涛的交集是10年和习近平的交集只有3年，而且，胡锦涛在前，习近平在后。但是有一个变化是什么呢？
1989年6月至1993年7月，薛驹担任中共中央党校常务副校长。正部级的二把手。权力也很大。因为薛驹之前就是浙江省委书记，薛驹是陈云的马仔。所以没有之江新军，之江新军里面的人有的就是江泽民的人，有的人是陈云的人。那些是陈云的官员，是习近平派系的官员，不是陈云的人，就不是习近平的人。
薛驹担任4年中央党校二把手，给习近平提拔了外交部党委书记齐玉和中宣部长李书磊。所以，就有点怀疑梁言顺的身份，但是梁言顺担任宁夏书记，宁夏是胡锦涛这些年东躲西藏，藏人的地方。现在梁言顺在安徽的大秘单向前又确认是胡锦涛的人，大秘和省委书记80%是同一个派系的。
综合来看，梁言顺也是胡锦涛的人，梁言顺在中央党校的时候，胡锦涛看上了梁言顺。不是梁言顺跟上胡锦涛，跟没有用。你梁言顺紧跟胡锦涛，胡锦涛看不上梁言顺的话，也没有用。
为什么我要强调6月28日呢，7月15日到18日召开的三中全会。6月19日胡锦涛在延安发动了军事政变，召开中央军委政治工作会议的军队的上将，一个也没走得了，被一锅端了。
梁言顺刚好在延安中央军委政治工作会议和三中全会之间任命的。就是用这一个一个的人事变动发生的时间卡出来，推算出来胡锦涛发动军事政变的时间。这不是梁言顺先去安徽担任省委书记，然后把单向前被提拔为省委秘书长，担任梁言顺的大秘。
我们看梁言顺是怎么在安徽大开杀戒的，当然了，梁言顺只是在前面冲锋陷阵的人而已，后面有人指挥。我们胡锦涛和梁言顺收拾安徽官场的顺序，就知道中共的权力到底是怎么运作的。梁言顺去安徽担任省委书记之后两个月，胡锦涛安排了单向前当省委秘书长，大秘，自己人，当帮手，辅佐梁言顺。
10月把安徽组织部长丁向群干下去了。12月，胡锦涛派了孙红梅给梁言顺当组织部长。这思路很明显，先换大秘，后组织部长。抓人事大权。我们看看安徽省组织部部长的派系。所以会看派系就这点好处，一看他们的派系，再看时间，就知道他们想干什么。他们想干什么，要干什么，看的一清二楚，上帝视角。
前面的安徽省组织部长严植婵应该是胡锦涛的人，严植婵从华南农业大学调到广东省湛江市担任组织部长的当天胡锦涛去湛江考察，如果是巧合未免巧合地太离谱了。后面这个孙红梅，内蒙古的官员。虽然胡春华在内蒙古干过，但是内蒙古也不能都是胡锦涛的人。内蒙古一个省部级单位肯定是有两三个派系的。孙红梅的背景应该是胡锦涛的人。
1999年7月 – 2002年4月，34岁的丁向群任中国银行公司业务部业务三处处长。当时中国银行公司业务部总经理是高迎欣。高迎欣是大贪腐分子朱镕基的马仔，朱镕基的女儿朱燕来接替高迎欣在中银香港的职务，朱镕基的儿子朱云来也凭借老爸朱镕基的权势大肆贪腐，在中金捞钱。
2013年4月12日，在人民币国际化下，人民币业务将是银行界重要的收入来源，中银香港（2388）凭本港人民币清算行的角色，正努力抢占这个市场，配合形势的新发展 ，该行昨日宣布擢升中国前总理朱镕基之女朱燕来为副总裁，全权负责人民币业务的发展，由下周一起生效。
当年58岁的朱燕来凭借身分，向来行事贪婪，无比嚣张。
朱燕来自香港沦陷之年1997年加入中行（3988）任职，自2001年10月中银集团合并后担任中银香港的发展规划部总经理，于2013年4月15日凭借老爸朱镕基的关系，升任副总裁之职。中银香港的人民币业务原本由副总裁高迎欣主管。
把朱镕基的马仔，习近平的马仔丁向群赶下台，换上自己人孙红梅。安排好了，就要磨刀霍霍，抓人，杀人。2024年12月抓了，山西政协主席吴存荣。枞阳帮覆灭了，被一锅端了。五个和枞阳县有关系的人都被抓了。枞阳县是安徽省的一个县。曹建国和陆克华是枞阳县人，吴存荣当过枞阳县长和县委书记。张红文是枞阳县人曹建国的徒弟。河北副省长胡启生，就是吴存荣提拔的。胡启生就是安庆市桐城市人，枞阳从安庆市划给了铜陵市，后来胡启生还担任过铜陵市长。胡启生和枞阳帮也是密不可分的。习近平的安徽枞阳帮，被李希一网打尽，斩草除根，一个不留。这就是所有习近平派系官员的未来，一个不留，全部被清洗。
曹建国是中国航空发动机集团有限公司董事长。
2024年10月18日，习近平视察安徽六尺巷，视察黄山的火箭军61基地611旅，都是在演戏。张红文在这里笑，他为什么笑啊，他的师傅曹建国9月抓了，10月他还不知道，还在那里笑。现在张红文也抓了。所以人的认知差距是很大，你觉得张红文在插标卖首。张红文还觉得自己要当接班人呢。夏虫不可语冰。
陆克华他只是安徽人，他并没有在安徽从政的经历，他是重庆政法委书记。陆克华应该算到31个省政法委书记，那一堆里面去说，刀把子都要换。张红文应该是抓了，但是没有公布，反而是安徽副省长，周喜安先官宣了。在这样的态势之下，下一步收拾谁。那只能收拾王清宪。
所以我们就要把王清宪的派系挖一下，王清宪是不是习近平的人。如果是的话。那就凶多吉少。什么时候抓，我不知道，能不能挺过二会，就是中共所谓的两会，就是二会。大家看，我这么实在给大家说，要抓王清宪，如果不抓，我就被打脸了。
我看有一个大威的标题是薛定谔的习近平。太鸡贼了，怎么说都能圆回来。我也说一个薛定谔的王清宪。哈哈。气氛都烘托到这了，要学会看派系，王清宪是习近平的人，那肯定要抓。不是，可能就没事儿。那么王清宪到底是谁的人呢，直接破解，就能知道答案了。

傳深圳書記孟凡利升任安徽省長
2024年2月3日，本報昨日報道安徽省省長王清憲確定擔任中央宣傳部副部長、國務院新聞辦主任，有消息稱，廣東省委副書記、 深圳市委書記孟凡利將接任安徽省省長，晉升正部級。不過，本報暫時無法確認這一消息。
2024年2月，习近平就已经遭遇了滑铁卢。孟凡利，是习远平的马仔。
2005年7月-2013年3月，孟凡利历任山东省鲁信投资控股有限公司副董事长、总经理、党委副书记》》董事长、党委书记、总经理。

省委书记赵一德，中央党史和文献研究院院长曲青山，习仲勋同志家属代表习远平出席并讲话。省委副书记、省长赵刚主持。广东省委副书记、深圳市委书记孟凡利，甘肃省委常委、省委宣传部部长张永霞发言。
这个习远平祭祖的时候都带着孟凡利和张永霞，孟凡利和张永霞又都是山东烟台市出身的官员。孟凡利和张永霞都是习远平的马仔。所以孟凡利因祸得福，2024年2月，习远平想要提拔孟凡利担任安徽省长，大外宣星岛日报发布消息，结果被打脸，只能是习远平一厢情愿。
孟凡利如果当上了安徽省长，要抓的就是孟凡利，现在王清宪成了替死鬼。

2005年7月 – 2006年6月，42岁的周喜安任国家发展改革委政策研究室副主任、国家能源领导小组办公室综合组负责人。2005年《国务院关于成立国家能源领导小组的决定》规定，国家能源领导小组办公室设在发展改革委，具体承担领导小组的日常工作。 马凯兼任办公室主任，马富才（副部长级）、徐锭明任办公室副主任。
这个国家能源小组，小组长是温家宝，办公室主任是马凯。马凯是习近平的人。所以周喜安为什么一定是马凯的人，他怎么就不能是温家宝的人。
我们看这个能源小组还是挺复杂的。
温家宝，黄菊是胡锦涛的人，曾培炎是江泽民的人。马凯是朱镕基习近平的人，李肇星是胡锦涛的人。徐冠华不知道，张云川是朱镕基习近平的人，金人庆是朱镕基铁杆马仔。孙文盛是习近平的人。杜青林应该是江泽民的人。大家想想杜青林后面的农业部长就是曾庆红的亲戚孙政才。孙政才是接班人，所以哪儿哪儿都是给他安排好的。
薄熙来是习近平的人，李荣融可能也是习近平的人，我不知道。解振华这是习远平背书的节能环保协会，名誉会长曲格平提拔的。解振华都70多岁了习近平还舍不得让他退休，让解振华当气候大使。
李毅中可能是胡锦涛的人，我不太确定，柴松岳是江泽民的人。葛振峰第一次听说这个名字。所以这个小组里面什么派系的人都有，但是国家能源办主任是马凯。马凯是朱镕基习近平的人。
2013年10月23日下午，清华大学经济管理学院首任院长、学院顾问委员会名誉主席朱镕基及老婆劳安，中共中央政治局常委、中央纪委书记、清华经管学院顾问委员会名誉委员王岐山，中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理刘延东，中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理、学院顾问委员会委员马凯在钓鱼台国宾馆亲切会见了参加清华大学经济管理学院顾问委员会2013年会议的顾问委员。
清华基本都是朱镕基习近平的人，有一两个人是胡锦涛的人。凡是跟朱镕基王岐山混在一起的，都是习近平的人。马凯的秘书申长友曾经担任山东省东营市市长，市委书记和龚正和李干杰的大秘。2020年7月17日0时30分，在上海死亡，终年51岁。这都是自己走的，畏罪自己走的。这些人罪恶滔天。
2010年11月 – 2014年11月，47岁的周喜安任四川省巴中市委副书记、代市长，市长。2011年2月，去代转正。当时的四川省委书记是刘奇葆（2007年12月1日 – 2012年11月20日），四川省长是蒋巨峰（2007年1月 – 2013年1月）。巴中市2024年在四川省21个地级市中排名第19名。
2014年11月 – 2018年1月，51岁的周喜安任四川省资阳市委书记（其间：2015年3月 – 2017年1月兼任市人大常委会主任）当时的四川省委书记是王东明（2012年11月21日 – 2018年3月21日），四川省长是魏宏（2013年1月 – 2016年1月）。资阳市2024年在四川省21个地级市中排名第17名。
这些人的派系我都不太清楚，刘奇葆是万里的秘书，万里按说是胡锦涛派系。但是也有点习近平派系的嫌疑，蒋巨峰可能是江泽民的人，但是也有习近平的嫌疑。就是刘奇葆第一可能是胡锦涛的人，第二可能习近平的人。蒋巨峰第一可能是江泽民的人，第二可能是习近平的人，蒋巨峰是浙江出来的官员。王东明和魏宏不太清楚，胡锦涛的人可能性比较大。
但是这个周喜安，在四川明显混的不太好，巴中市和资阳市在四川GDP的排名都是倒数。周喜安是不是被整，就不知道了。所以周喜安后来去安徽了。
周喜安担任安徽副省长的时候，大秘是谷剑锋，谷剑锋牛啊，谷剑锋是金人庆的秘书。谷剑锋的简历上还不敢写的太明白，谷剑锋是国税总局办公厅局长秘书室主任科员。当时的国税总局局长就是金人庆。我们看其实金人庆好多秘书。
金人庆的大秘是办公厅主任张伟，但是还有副主任，还有局长秘书处处长。里面很多人。所以李强在浙江只是习近平大秘。习近平的秘书好多人。金人庆正部级好多个秘书。办公厅里面的人多多少少都要服务局长部长省长省委书记。这不是金人庆又出来，当初周喜安所在的国家能源小组里面就有金人庆。
当然周喜安的直接上级是马凯，所以要看谷剑锋，谷剑锋这么牛，是金人庆的秘书，金人庆是朱镕基的铁杆马仔。这谷建峰果然牛，谷剑锋是安徽省财政厅的厅长，财神爷。
2021年07月，50岁的谷剑锋任安徽省财政厅党组书记、厅长。当时的安徽省委书记是李锦斌（2016年8月 – 2021年9月），安徽省长是王清宪（2021年2月 – ）。李锦斌和王清宪可能都是习近平派系的。
从2021年到2024年这3年安徽省委书记已经换了4个了，李锦斌，郑栅洁，韩俊，梁言顺。但是安徽省长一直没有换，一直是王清宪。毕竟也只有短短的3年。财政厅长又是特别重要的岗位。因此谷剑锋就是王清宪的马仔。
1995年王清宪曾经采访新疆主席阿不来提·阿不都热西提，文章标题是《利用优势 扩大开放——访新疆维吾尔自治区主席阿不来提·阿不都热西提》。阿不来提·阿不都热西提又出来了，习仲勋铁杆马仔王恩茂提拔的
习远平节能环保协会的名誉主席。
所以王清宪采访新疆主席阿不来提·阿不都热西提不仅仅是职务行为，而是两个人都是习近平马仔。
