我的回复是，汪洋是政协主席，四把手。应该说，所有的政治局常委的派系都应该说。我们看从1992年十四大到20大，7届常委全都干满了一个任期，除了黄菊在任上死亡了。但是十一大，十二大，十三大可是不一样。就没有干满过一个任期。十一大换了三个版本，十二大换了三个版本，十三大换了两个版本。分别对应的华国锋下台，胡耀邦下台，六四赵紫阳下台。如果这次习近平在二十大中途下台。那么我们就可以见证一次十一大，十二大，十三大。其实从1977年到1992年这15年。这都是司空见惯。15年之间政治局常委有8个不同的搭配版本，平均两年换一次。快赶上日本了。
这些常委我都大概知道，但是不是每个人都百分百确定。即便按照，总书记，总理，人大委员长，政协主席，这个顺序，也应该把汪洋的派系搞清楚。首先我把汪洋是习近平的人疑点说一下。汪洋太像习近平的人。就是疑点太多。汪洋加起来要有五六个疑点。但是都没有实锤。所以我就一直怀疑汪洋。

首先就是汪洋和回良玉的两次交集。
1993年 – 1999年9月，汪洋担任安徽副省长，1998年升任安徽省委副书记。期间，1998年8月 – 1999年12月安徽省委书记是回良玉。汪洋担任回良玉的副手。现任省委副书记就是两个，一个是省长，一个是专职省委副书记。1998年的时候，中国普遍有四五个省委副书记。这四五个省委副书记，肯定有和省委书记一个派系的。但未必都是和省委书记一个派系的。省委书记和省委副书记都是政治局常委会任命的，不必然是一个派系的。就是搭班子。说是一个派系也行，说不是也行。在这里并不是什么决定性的证据。
汪洋和回良玉的第二次交集就是共同使用同一个秘书国务院副秘书长丁学东。丁学东给4个副总理当过秘书。分别是回良玉，汪洋，韩正，丁薛祥。回良玉，韩正，丁薛祥都是习近平的人，不是江泽民的人。因为丁学东被打下去了。去了政协。
丁学东是社保基金的党组书记，刘伟是理事长。刘昆一个把丁学东和刘伟两个人的职位全部接下来了。刘昆69岁，丁学东65岁，刘伟64岁，岁数大的接年轻，这么明显的反常。韩正是朱镕基提拔的，韩正提拔上海市的副局级正局级的时候，朱镕基上海市委书记市长一肩挑。丁薛祥是吴邦国提拔的。而且丁薛祥是南通帮，苗华是南通市人，枪杆子是最有说服力的。
胡锦涛在军队联合的是江泽民的人，如果韩正和丁薛祥真的是江泽民的人，那不可能一边军队联合江泽民的人，一边在地方打江泽民的人，这不是矛盾吗？这些人都是国务院系统，国务院系统陈云，朱镕基这些人根深蒂固。
邓小平拿着枪杆子都干不陈云。赵紫阳本来是总理， 赵紫阳升任总书记，李鹏接任总理，陈云又把国务院抢回去了。李鹏和朱镕基和陈云是一家人。温家宝和李克强当了20年总理。都不能把国务院完全拿下。就是因为还有副总理。副总理是习近平派系的。
而且丁学东一个人串起来4个副总理。丁学东给他们当大秘，回良玉2年9个月，汪洋时间最短5个月。韩正5年，丁薛祥1年6个月。这里只能解释成汪洋没有来得及换丁学东，也可以解释成汪洋把丁学东赶出了国务院。
十二届国务院，副总理张高丽，刘延东，马凯都是习近平派系的。总理李克强和副总理汪洋是胡锦涛派系的。还有5个国务委员。

汪洋的当了两年的国务院副秘书长给谁当大秘呢，给黄菊当大秘。所以黄菊是邓小平胡锦涛的人，不是江泽民的人。邓小平当中国一把手这些年，在上海的代理人是谁？这个人要长期在上海才行。尤权先后给三个副总理当大秘，分别是温家宝，黄菊，李克强，然后汪洋也是黄菊的大秘。黄菊为什么有两个大秘呢，汪洋和尤权是不是在不同的时间担任黄菊的大秘。还是有分工，这个还需要研究。
但是汪洋和尤权都曾经担任过黄菊的大秘，这个应该是准确的。这是汪洋以国务院副秘书长的身份陪同黄菊去辽宁的历史照片，长得很高的这个官员就是薄熙来的死对头闻世震。

汪洋在重庆的大秘范照兵我们在王茂春讲过，王茂春是重庆市南岸区的区长2024年11月抓了。王茂春应该是薄熙来的马仔。提拔王茂春的两个人翁杰明和范照兵都当过薄熙来的大秘。翁杰明是左王王忍之提拔的，左王王忍之是周恩来的人。王忍之写的镇压六四的四二六社论。胡耀邦下台之后，王忍之接替朱厚泽担任中宣部长。朱厚泽是胡耀邦的人，是赵紫阳亲口背书的。
范照兵一共给5个人当过秘书或者大秘。分别是农业部长何康，重庆市委书记黄镇东，汪洋，薄熙来，河北省委书记赵克志。这些人除了汪洋都是习近平马仔，就汪洋混在中间。范照兵给黄镇东当了1年半大秘，给汪洋当了2年，给薄熙来当了两年半。只能说重庆市委书记和市委秘书长不是一一对应的。重庆市委秘书长，是政治局常委会任命的，不是重庆市委书记能够随便换的。
