大家好，中国官方通报，云南省人大常委会副主任李文荣涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受调查，成为今年第10名被查的中管干部。中共中央纪委国家监委官网星期二（3月18日）通报李文荣被查的消息。公开资料显示，今年63岁的李文荣是云南昭通人，1984年加入中共，拥有在职研究生的假学历。李文荣在云南工作多年，在2012年出任昆明市长，2015年任曲靖市委书记，并在2022年1月出任云南省人大常委会副主任。李文荣此番被查，也意味着连续四任昆明市长已先后被查。他的前任张祖林去年3月被查，目前已被检察机关提起公诉。李文荣的接任者王喜良，以及之后担任昆明市长的刘佳晨也都落马。
首先，这句话就是连续4任昆明市长被抓。最牛的昆明市长就是刘佳晨，彭丽媛的大秘，李干杰清华大学一个专业的同学，中间只是相差了6年而已，研究生一个专业，研究生有导师，而且研究生的人数比本科生少。这都是常识。也就是说刘佳晨和李干杰有可能是一个导师。刘佳晨是孙春兰提拔的。刘佳晨已经完美的破解了，如果不抓彭丽媛，那就要抓李干杰。所以李文荣一上来，矛头就指向了中组部长李干杰。

这名网友说，一听云南，盲猜跟秦光荣有关。我的回复是，我特别喜欢这句话。人的直觉，往往是准的，当时有的时候也会错。薄熙来云南喂鸽子，这是多经典的历史画面啊。这是云南历史上最大的瓜，最大的梗。秦光荣陪着薄熙来喂鸽子，而且秦光荣的背景我们都已经搞清楚了。秦光荣就是熊清泉提拔的。所以最近抓的这些官员，都是指向湖南官场。都是指向李干杰。
秦光荣被轻判了7年，当时的成都市中级人民法院院长郭彦就是陈文清的秘书。除了李干杰之外，第二个指向的就是政法委书记陈文清了。还有一个就是这4任昆明市长，全部都是在李希的任内被抓的，2024年3月4月抓了两个，2025年1月3月抓了两个。所以，说什么李希是习包子的人。李希如果是习包子的人，那他连彭丽媛的大秘他都抓了，他是不是疯了呀。就看李希天天上了发条一样，天天抓习包子的人，就知道李希不是习包子的人。习包子都被李希抓傻了，还说李希是习包子的人。
李文荣就是一个小马仔，如果不是和政治局常委，政治局委员扯上关系，谁认识他是谁啊。其实云南官场我也没有破解，最早肯定就是金人庆，金人庆是朱镕基的核心马仔。多少被抓的官员，背后都是金人庆，其实都是朱镕基。西藏主席齐扎拉，这都是正部级的大员。齐扎拉曾经在金人庆手底下挂职。
首先呢，李文荣的简历也比较诡异。2000年38岁的李文荣已经是正局级了。直到2016年李文荣才升任云南省委常委，晋升副部级。也就是说，李文荣在正局级徘徊了长达16年，跨越了江泽民胡锦涛习包子三代总书记。最后在习包子这里晋升副部级。而且跳过了副省长这一步。直接晋升省委常委的。
李文荣虽然很早就是正局级了，但是这是国企的正局级，和地方的官员的正局级还是差点意思。李文荣从国企去文山州担任副州长，其实就是按照副局级使用的。只不过保留正局级的待遇而已。从2002年到2011年这9年，李文荣就没有转正过，就是没有担任过一把手。一直以正厅级的级别担任二把手，甚至是三把手。
直到2011年11月，李文荣担任云南省工业和信息化委员长党组书记。终于当上一把手了。这没准还是二把手。然后第二年就是担任昆明市长。这两次调整，李文荣虽然还是正局级。但是含金量明显大幅度提升。当时的云南省委书记不是别人，正是秦光荣。
所以网友第一时间的猜测是准确的。李文荣并不是秦光荣提拔的，但是的确是秦光荣重用的。所以抓李文荣背后还是指向李干杰，还是要抓李干杰。秦光荣就不应该轻判7年。秦光荣被轻判7年，有人一直耿耿于怀，是不是胡锦涛我就不知道。他心里有气啊，还要继续收拾秦光荣的马仔，朱镕基的马仔。一开始就把秦光荣痛快的判个无期徒刑，没准儿他还不惦记了。我只是猜测，就等着吧，过两天又要有秦光荣马仔被抓了。
李文荣的简历虽然写着他是云南省昭通市昭阳区人，但是李文荣确实在湖南大学机械系读的大学。秦光荣就是湖南的官员。李文荣为什么去湖南读大学，有可能李文荣家里和湖南有什么关系。这又是李文荣和秦光荣的共同点。
昆明市第一任市委书记谷景生就是薄熙来的老丈人。薄谷开来的老爸。所以，薄熙来为什么跑到云南去喂鸽子。跑到昆明，老丈人的老地盘那里去了。李文荣之前担任昆明副市长，常务副市长的时候，秦光荣是云南省长。
其实从2007年2月到2015年10月，8年，李文荣除了1年在云南省工信委，其余7年都在昆明市。这不过头4年是常务副市长，昆明市政府的二把手，后3年是昆明市长，是昆明市政府的一把手。分别对应的秦光荣的省长，和省委书记的任期。
李文荣是秦光荣执政团队的核心成员。只不过秦光荣在中国这个权斗场上级别低了一点而已。云南在中国的政治版图上就是洼地，云南省委书记没有出过政治局常委，只有两个政治局委员。也可能根子就是在这里，云南的第一任省委书记宋任穷和习近平老爸习仲勋是一个派系的。关系不错。第二任省委书记谢富治，应该是毛泽东派系的。也是政治局委员。云南的省委书记就出过这么两个政治局委员。估计就是宋任穷，因为宋任穷当过云南省委书记，所以一直惦记着云南，经营云南。
李文荣后来的担任曲靖市委书记，曲靖在云南省16各地级市中的排名中仅次于省会昆明。那肯定是一个很重要的城市。在云南省这个范围之内，那肯定是兵家必争之地。曲靖官场应该是被血洗，几乎完全被撤换了。就说明现在云南省委书记王宁肯定不是习近平的人。王宁被习近平的官员都给大清洗了，那能是习近平的人吗？最后抓李文荣就是曲靖官场大清洗的收尾吧，最后收网了，抓了李文荣。

李文荣在云南省文山州呢。2002年12月 – 2007年12月，40岁的李文荣历任云南省文山州副州长，常务副州长（正厅级）。当时的文山州委书记是张田欣（1999年11月 – 2006年11月）。这又挖出来一个张田欣。
