1994年9月 – 1995年7月，32岁的熊雪任四川省重庆市南岸区委办公室主任。当时的南岸区委书记是曹均绵 (1992年 – 1998年)。这个曹均棉就是当时的重庆市委书记肖秧提拔的啊。1995年，南岸区委被四川省委评为”四好”领导班子。当时肖秧已经升任了四川省长。
当时重庆隶属于四川。曹均棉就是肖秧担任重庆市委书记期间被提拔的。现在肖秧当了四川省长，又把南岸区委评为四好领导班子。就是自己表扬自己的下属。这就已经很明显了。

我们再看，段成刚担任重庆市政协副主席的大秘，程虎和肖秧和李鹏是什么关系。我们看程虎的简历程虎就是一个警卫员。2007年8月 – 2008年9月，32岁的程虎任重庆市政协办公厅副处级秘书。当时的重庆政协主席是邢元敏。这个重庆邢元敏和天津邢元敏重名都是政协主席。程虎为什么一定是邢元敏的秘书，就不能是重庆市政协副主席的秘书呢。我们程虎后来的经历先是挂职重庆市垫江县副县长，挂职期间升任市政协办公厅正处级秘书，后来正式担任副县长，又上派到重庆市信访办。就这么来回折腾，一个政协副主席能有这么大政治能量吗？
1993年5月至1996年9月，邢元敏任中国共产党重庆市委常委、组织部部长。当时的重庆市委书记是孙同川 （1993年4月 – 1995年）。前面的重庆市委书记是肖秧 （1988年5月12日 – 1993年4月）。孙同川是重庆市委书记不能提拔重庆市委组织部长，但是肖秧刚刚升任四川省长。当时的重庆还属于四川，肖秧刚好可以提拔邢元敏。时间线完美吻合，肖秧担任四川省长第2个月就提拔了邢元敏，邢元敏就是之前肖秧担任重庆市委书记的下属。
