王中和这个很特殊。首先王中和第一个身份是贾庆林助理某某某的秘书。一会儿给大家揭晓答案。这个还不算特殊。这个人还有一个特殊的身份。他就是某位大外宣的老板。大外宣的主要工作就是骂下一任总书记，专业骂下一任总书记的。既然他是贾庆林的助理，那就是贾庆林指使。也就是说大外宣的老板就是贾庆林，就是习近平。我说过习近平的主线剧情就是陈毅，谷牧，贾庆林，习近平

要想把王中和的背景说清楚，必须先说一下锡林郭勒盟。这个背景。
2011年5月10日和5月15日，内蒙古锡林郭勒盟连发两起命案，原因都是当地牧民与外来采矿者发生冲突。相关抗议愈演愈烈，案发地的西乌旗和阿巴嘎旗，到锡林郭勒盟，最后延烧至省会呼和浩特，呼和浩特连续两日上千人上街抗议，手机断网，网吧关闭，武警满街。

内蒙古近年来经济发展迅速，尤其是采矿业极大膨胀，但相关利益并未使当地牧民普遍受益，相反，由于相关法制不健全，采矿业侵占牧民草原、带来污染等问题，却使当地牧民与外来采矿者矛盾激化，甚至有转化为民族矛盾的苗头。
2011年5月27日，学者、画家陈继群在北京做了一次《草原土地侵权的法律分析》讲座，就目前锡林郭勒盟为代表的内蒙草原围绕草原土地争夺冲突话题，为此次抗议事件提供了一个背景解释。
陈继群本是职业画家，常画的主题是草原，是马、狼、牧民等，也因此常年出入内蒙草原，他又是网站“曾经草原”的创办人，被认为是草原研究中的人文观点的代表者。
2010年12月，新华社援引中央纪委消息称，内蒙古自治区副主席刘卓志涉案被双规。1月份，他被免职，并罢免人大代表。
刘卓志是2001年至2007年的锡盟盟长和书记，“刘卓志主政锡盟的八年，恰逢这个草原之城的世纪转身。由于人为破坏，锡盟西部、南部和中部的大部分地区，牧草基本上被啃光刮净，沙尘暴、旱灾、蝗灾接踵而至”。
陈继群认为，以刘卓志为核心，以及白志明、蔚小平，等刘卓志的副手副书记，形成了贪腐集团，与当地矿老板相互勾连，做了很多不法之情，如违反环评法、草原法、土地法等，很多煤化工企业没通过环评已经建设。
《财经》杂志《刘卓志案起》写道，刘卓志执政的八年中，“锡盟的发展路径宛如整个内蒙古的缩影以资源开发、城市建设或基础设施建设立项，以项目拉动经济。在此经济战略下，巨量项目集中开工，腐败温床浮现。”
根据陈继群的描述，西乌旗2005年起，开发煤矿，搞火电厂、修水库，他直接参与了当时牧民的咨询。
西乌旗白音华地区的高力罕水库和火电厂项目征用了牧民17000亩集体草场，补偿款是2000元/亩。其中1000元给了嘎查（村）委员会，1000元给了承包的牧户，“牧户认为是不少的钱，拿了一次性补偿，相当于把土地卖了。土地被征用了，牧民搬走”。
在征地后的草原上，当地政府搞了工业开发区，国有土地搞建设项目地价300元每平方米。每亩是666平方米，算起来差不多20万元/每亩。陈继群问,“从2000元补偿款，到20万元的建设用地款，中间增加的差价哪去了？谁得利了？”
陈继群说，“这是长期积累违法开发的结果，最后爆发，发生了恶性突发事件。”
这些矛盾我给简单总结，就是一个字钱。问题就出在土地确权。说白了就是公有制，公有制是一切罪恶的根本。只要确立了私有财产神圣不可侵犯。就不会有这些幺蛾子的事情了。
经济是政治的基础，政治斗争是经济的集中表现。政治斗争表现就表现在胡春华和刘卓志。
我们看胡春华到锡林郭勒盟西乌珠穆沁旗综合高级中学与学生座谈，安抚情绪，在免去了中共西乌珠穆沁旗委书记海明的职务作为惩处。这就说明，胡春华和海明和锡林郭勒盟大概率是两个派系的。一个派系的不会这么死磕。
刘卓志是2010年12月被抓，当时的中纪委书记贺国强就是胡锦涛的铁杆马仔。刘卓志的后台是谁呢。2010年就是贾庆林和吴邦国。总不能是胡锦涛和温家宝吧。贾庆林吴邦国的后台就是李鹏和朱镕基。都是陈云习近平这个派系。还是那句话，所有的政治斗争都是中央层面的政治斗争在地方的映射。

2001年9月到2003年3月，刘卓志担任锡林郭勒盟的盟长，相当于地级市的市长。
2003年3月到2008年1月，刘卓志担任锡林郭勒盟的盟委书记，相当于地级市的市委书记。
而这期间2001年12月到2005年11月，王中和担任锡林郭勒盟的副书记。王中和应该是刘卓志前面那一任的盟委书记提拔。我没有找到，共匪把资料都删掉了。但是无所谓。基本在同一个时间段又是一个地级市
很可能是同一个派系的。

没想到，一见面后，不等这出戏开场，老头自己就开口说：“你们来抓我啦，走吧，我跟你们走。但是我没有做过犯法的事情。”这顿时搞得侦查员很尴尬。他们只好解释并惊异地问，你是怎么知道我们身份的。老头说，你们别的事情我也略知一二。于是稍稍讲了每个人家里一些私密情况。公安人员大惊，只得回去如实汇报局里。后来局领导也来见过老头，以后竟然和他成了朋友。
有趣的是，五大连池附近有一个劳改农场。后来据农场的场长亲口跟我讲，如果有犯人在外出劳动时候逃逸，不管已经走多远，农场会来找老头，按照老头指点的方向和地点，一抓一个准，百分百可以抓回逃犯。因此这个农场逢年过节也经常给老头送些自产的米、面、猪肉和农产品。
所以老头虽然贫穷，但在当地的小日子过得还不错。
为了测试这个老头的能力，我和徐荣祥曾经做了一个实验，我们从《辞海》和《世界名人词典》中抄录了一些著名人物的出生年月日，夹杂着徐荣祥家的保姆和家人的出生年月日，混在一起请老头看。其中有英国女王、日本天皇，郭沫若，鲁迅等。结果令我们大吃一惊。他说：这是一些什么乱七八糟的人，中国的外国的，死的活的，谁都有啊，有皇上，女的，有写字的，有天子，还有小保姆。
